Hi Geoff, glad to see you back after a short break. I loved this entry. Nothing escapes mental or physical consciousness. It may manifest in different forms, and uniquely in each individual, but nevertheless we do store, retain, file. I hope your "one modern file" can both assimilate the past and accomodate the wealth of opportunities in your future.

Carl Jung always used to say "It's the mix that matters". He was of course referring to how some patients he worked with improved more than others. When I read this blog it called Jung's comments to my mind whilst also leading me to consider life and its vital mixture of people and experiences. Like you refer to Geoff, we are all essentially vital ingredients in the soup's of our own making and without us other peoples concoction just would not taste the same.

So glad for you that the show is going well. Sorry I could not be there to come and see it. I loved your Shakespearean excerpt above and could almost smell the earth underfoot. Many philosophers have talked about this and it comes under the umbrella of phenomenology i.e. the multi-faceted dimensions and ways in which we experience things or phenomena like words, colours, images , symbols etc ... The perceptive abilities of actors such as yourself are likely heightened to experiences of a multitude of phenomena - including audience responses!!

Like your site Geoff.

Glad our first night went well. A great start for the the rest of the production.

We have a fab team and it will be a very memorable time for me. I am back in London in 7 weeks so this will be my last Aussi show so I want it to be a good one. So far so good.

It been a pleasure for me working with you and the cast. After the opening night the tension for me has gone. I am going relax, do my best and enjoy the show.

See you Friday so the big night.

Best regards

How does one respond to such lovely comments? I guess to talk from the heart and say thank you Geoff ...

The Theologian Martin Buber said that all real living is meeting and that when two people truly meet at the depths of their being a door to the divine can open. We opened many doors together Geoff and met at levels beyond the norm, such a connection will never be broken as we live in the illusion free life of The Real.

Thank you "Mrs Con", well said. I have to trust myself and my instincts. I suppose the years of conditioning that I should somehow be something that I'm not is hard to ignore, but when we listen to our heart and act accordingly, even though at first it may not go according to plan, eventually the truth will set one free.

it's is interesting how we all tend to walk around in a daze, rather deaf and blind to our reality untill that moment when you so clearly feel in the present. when you are in an environment you are passionate about it seem's to bring out our conssiousness. To find this clarity and feeling of "home" in our every moment, to be comfortable in our skin and every situation we perseve as uncomfortable, is this what i seek, that which you have glimpsed.
Blessings to you geoff, your adorable.
